Pulp Fiction (1994):

"English ************ do you speak it?"

What do I say about this gem? My favourite movie of all time hands down. Only the second movie made by Tarantino but definitely his magnum opus. It's only a sneak peak into his ability to write dialogue which in the years since this movie, cemented him as the greatest screenwriter of all time. This is also the most quotable movie I've ever seen with tons references and some of cinema's most iconic moments. What's interesting is that no character is, in the audience's view, the main hero of the story, it's three different stories tracing the events of the most diabolical characters ever. It's outrageous, outlandish, hilarious and in short a work of genius.
(Only real ones will know what 2517 in my name means)
